brakes

Hello~It's 10:45 PM here and I probably wont get a response (if any) until later. My daughter-in law's '99 'runner has a slight pulsing feelling everytime the brakes are applied. The vehicle has ABS so I thought that might be the 'problem' but my Corolla also has ABS and it doesn't brake like this. Jacked it up and checked the ball joints which were rock solid. Is the pulsing normal for 'runners? If not, what should I check? My other vehicles are non-ABS ('99 Taco w/ 140 k and an '89 Toy P.U. w/ 358 K (both 4x4s)). The pulsing, almost shaking feeling occurs during normal and hard braking. Any help and direction is MUCH appreciated. Thanx

It's the front rotors. Either get them turned or replaced them along with some new brake pads.

Mine does the same thing. I think I'm going to take it in next weekend and see what they say.

Warped front rotors, see if you can replace them with brembo brand rotors and a good set of pads (i like hawk LTS).
