desert whomper

ok, my brakes on my truck are getting worn, and im thinking about beefing them up. i would like to swap tundra brakes on but someone mentioned it wouldnt work due to the way they are mounted. so righ tnow im thinking about using t100 or tacomas. i just need some specs on how big the rotor is and what the bolt pattern is to mount the caliper. if someone could give me dimensions i could fab something up in solidworks and then have a machine shop fabricate it, or if it is simple enough i could do it. also another concern is the bolt pattern. since i have a 2wd truck i have a 5 bolt lugnut pattern so if the tacoma was 6 or a diffrent size i would need to go to a machine shop and see if it is possible to put some new holes in them. i called early and they said if there was enough metal on the rotor it could be done. if anybody could help me with some dimensions or kinda point me to what kinda of brakes to use it would be great. i would also do a right up with pics and everything.
