Brake rubbing

I recently bought a 99 prerunner that had been in storage for a year, when i got it there was a bad vibration in the brakes, especially at high speeds. I figured it was from rust and what not. The front pads needed to be replaced soon so i figured id just do that and do my rotors at the same time to get rid of the the vibration. Now that ive done this the vibration has gotten ALOT better but when i use my brakes i can still feel a very light vibration, you can hardly notice it but it is there...should I worry about it? I can really only feel it when my foot is resting on the pedal right before i push it... I noticed when I have the front end in the air and I spin the tire you can hear what sounds like the rotor rubbing, its not enough to stop the wheel from spinning but there is a very light rubbing, is this normal with new rotors? I imagine this is the vibration I feel. Bad?

There is always a slight rubbing. The weight of the tire makes it not matter when the car is on the ground.

Check to see if your tie-rod ends/ball bearing joints are loose.
