Brake Pads and Rotors
Hey Guys,
I am going to replace my front two rotors on my 1999 4Runner. I am trying to decide whether I want to go with:
(1) Brembo rotors from tirerack;
(2) Factory rotors from Toyota; or
(3) Rotors from raceconcepts.net.
What do you recommend as I am trying to get rotors that will resist warping and give me the most vibration-free performance when the brakes get hot after heavy use. Right now, my 4Runner vibrates a lot when I use the brakes constantly, such as coming down a mountain road (paved highway) or braking a lot on the highway.
As for the pads, I've decided that I am going to get Peformance Friction Pads from Autozone.
Finally, should I just get the current rotors re-surfaced at Autozone to save some $$$? I believe Autozone does it for about $10/piece.
Let me know of your thoughts.

Brembo rotors have been proven to be high quality and perform better then factory under extreme use. So I would go with Brembo
I'm also very satiesfied with my factory brakes, go figure
