Bought NAPA Wheel Cylinder...its different size than original...is this OK?

I went to NAPA today to buy a brake cylinder because mine was leaking...they gave me one for the 97 4runner but although it fits like it should it is clearly smaller than the original cylinder...The reason I am asking if this is ok is because I have an original cylinder in the opposite brake and I am wondering if the two brakes will brake unevenly if I have 2 different sized cylinders in each brake...Or if I adjust the brake mechanism it will be ok and even???

Thank you for your help...

Actually now that I have it on they seem like they're the same size...optical illusion i guess...but is this still ok: to have two different types of cylinders???
