Anyone know the bolt size for the Gas Tank skid plate? I gotta buy some and don't want to go to Toyota for them. I need M thread size and head. (14mm?)

I don't know what size they are, but I will bet you a box of donuts that they are not 14mm. That is a big ass bolt. The lugs are only 12mm.

I'll take a swag at it and guess that they are 8mmx1.25mm.

Yeah, you're probably right that the head is maybe 12mm but 1.25mm is about the width of the white part at the end of some well trimmed fingernails

8mm (shaft diameter)x1.25mm (thread pitch)x length mm. Don't go by the head size.

America unfortunately is never going to go metric. It is sad. There are two countries left in the world that are not on it. The US and some backward ass country somewhere. It is just one of those things that suck about the US, but it is still the best place on Earth!!!

Metric fasteners are slowly taking over but we'll never drop MPH and gallons, otherwise during the transitionary period we'd have people speeding down the freeway at 110mph and having heart attacks when they think they just bought 80 gallons of gas.
