does anyone know where i can get replacement bushings for my bilstein shocks? are they the same size as the factory ones?

WHICH bushing?

The upper one (is it a Stud? not familiar with the later gen trucks)
The LOWER one (is it an eye?)

If its a BIlstien - call them -t hey sell them and if you tell them the application they can tell you the part.

Here the other idea.
1) remove shock
2) pictures and MEASURE the bushing
3) put back together
4) go tot he parts store
5) get home
go to step 1...

You only need to pull one bolt if you want to pull the bushing at the place - not a big deal if you dont mind doing it in a parking lot - takes 2 minutes.

Did the Energy suspensions selection at Autozone not have it??

I'm in the same boat, but I'm in need of a Bilstein replacement bushing for my lower rear shock on my 02 4runner. Did you happen to get a replacement through Bilstein or somewhere else?

I also have Bilsteins and would like to upgrade to poly bushings on the bottoms. The stocks are rubber and do settle after a while.

Have you found a direct replacement? Do you have a part number? Where did you get them?

Got off the phone with Bilstein. The woman I spoke with confirmed that there really isn't anywhere else to get the bushings except through Bilstein. PITA!!! Anyhow, if you're running the 2451 shocks in the rear, the Bilstein PN# for the lower bushing is E4-B46-450. They run about $1.50 each. I'm assuming that the lower eye is the same on the Tacos.
