Bigger gas tank for 3rd gen?
I know I saw a post up here or on another site about putting a bigger gas tank on a 3rd gen 4runner. I can not seem to find it in the search section. Maybe I am just seeing post and thinking about putting in a bigger tank. So I am seeing what you guys know about putting a bigger tank in. What is the best tank to use, and what all is envolved? Thanks

I think a while back I remember someone mocking up an auxiliary tank in the spare wheel area. Let me look around and see if I can find it.

Thanks for that. I think I would like to stay away from the spare tire area. I juess I will just have to mock something up. I am interested in all input.

Simply out of curiousity... How much bigger of a tank are you looking to install? The existing tank is 18.1 gallons on the 2nd and 3rd gens...
