If you want to pay shipping and $50 bucks I will send you one from a police cruiser(crown vic) you will just need to make a few brackets to hang it on your truck

Hey guys, I was looking at Dealsofsteel at several and the two that jump out at me look almost the same to me. One is 13 gauge one piece (http://www.dealsofsteel.com/product_...ucts_id=182and) the other is 14 gauge 3 piece (http://www.dealsofsteel.com/product_...roducts_id=536).
Large different in price though. Even though the 3 piece is cheaper and lighter steel, I like the looks of it more (though I can't really tell why, maybe just the truck it's on...).

I like those, but up here almost everyone has Westin guards. I wouldn't mind finding something a little bit different. I want a lift before I do anything to to my front end. Unless something comes along that I can't pass up. But I like to do the homework and want to know what I'm getting in advance.

I would love to go with an off-road bumper someday, but I (and Steve from SS) got a nice shock for shipping for up here. I asked about his lift kit and shipping. for UPS Ground for a 90lb box was $300! LOL So when the time comes I'll have him ship it to Seattle and then go on a barge to get up here. That will save me about $150 in shipping. I can only imagine what they would charge for a front bumper!!! LOLOL

Wow thanks for the pics!!! Don't be sorry for the large pics, that really helps. Is it just the pics (mainly the second pic), or does it seem just a little too wide (just by an inch or two)? Or is it flush with the outside edges of the bumper? Overall, I really like the looks of it.

As do I. The first time I saw that was on a new Tacoma and I loved how clean looking it was. But then I saw it on Fords, Chevys, Dodges, ..... That what I get for being in a smaller place and people are limited to what you can get. If I have to pay a little extra to get something everyone else doesn't have, I will.

I say make one out of PVC pipe......it has no real function anyways so go with the cheapest material you can. You could also wrap it in duct tape or spray with some mexi-chrome so it looks like real metal
