Beginner's guide to lifting your Tacoma

I stumbled across this at http://www.customtacos.com while I was helping someone else.
I'm not sure if all the information on here is correct. The author claims that a spacer lift compresses the coils prematurely - Steve (Robinhood150) posted a while back that they don't. I'm inclined to believe Steve but hey - it still looks like good information for new people.

P.S.
I believe the fronts are all 4runner compatible too, right? At least up to the 4th gen?
