Bad Service

I have had many experiences with tire stores but none quite as bad as today. It took 2 and a half hours to replace my front tires and get it aligned. Do these people not know what they are doing or what? It is a very sad thing that they are professionals when they dont have the slightest clue as to how to align a car. For those of you in the SLO county area do not go to Tire Pros ever!!!! They are terrible. Just thought i would let off a little steam. Sorry everyone!

Typically, an alignment here takes anywhere from one hour to two hours. If they're busy, it takes more.

Highlander use to be what is now known as the Sport Edition, they came in SR5 form but with the Highlander Package you got the hood Scoop and several other things Im unfamilar with but then Toyota made the Highlander and took it away from the 4Runner and now their Sports Editions

You will notice many guys have Highlander Editions

I always told customers that alignments would take an hour, when I worked at Firestone. If there were no cars ahead of it and my lead tech was there, he could get it done in 30 minutes.

Two tires would probably take 20 minutes to get mounted and balanced.

So 1 hour would probably be the minimum if no one was ahead of you.
