bad idle

bad idle
Today i whent to Napa truck idled and ran great. when i was leaving Napa truck would not idle and was missing bad up till 2000rpm then it ran good up to 4000rpm. When i hit the home stretch i put the hammer down till i hit 90mph then drove my normal 60mph. Then when i parked it sat there and idled great at 750rpm. 
Anyone have this happen before?? what's wrong?? :cry: Mabey i should drive around more at 90mph
