Anyhone who's done wiring upgrades to a 1998 4Runner and would like to help a newbie out 
I want to install a pair of back up lights and some auxiliary driving lights.

Do a search for Hella 500, look for Corey's replies or website. He has a diagram for wiring driving lights.
You can also go to the Hella website and download a wiring diagram.
