Fahrenheit 451

There is a 1994 4Runner on eBay that I was tempted to bid on and passed. It sold, but now it is back on eBay which makes me wonder. However, it has low miles and none of the frilly power crap that I don't want anyway. A couple things I have against it; black paint and a Rust Belt vehicle. Trust me, black paint in an area where temperatures have stayed over 100 degrees for a month straight just isn't a good idea.
I contacted a shipping company last night to get an idea of how much it would cost to get it out to Colorado, but the tell tale signs of many winters in the Chicago area make me a tad nervous. I don't really care about rusted out bumpers or exhuast. Bumpers come off and exhaust can be replaced, but if the bottom of the tailgate is about to fall off or the frame is about to collapse, I'd really like to know beforehand
Anybody live around there that is just bored enough or enough of a friend of the 4Runner community to go check it out and take a hammer along with them LOL!
