any1 who changed their drain plug gasket
I changed the oil and the drain plug gasket seemed to be glued on, it's still the 1 that came with the truck, how does 1 remove it to put a new 1 on I thought it would just come off, I did not want to double it up plus it seems pretty good looks like it's made of metal and looked just like new almost

Are you sure it isn't just stuck on there? My drian plug will stick on the oil pan and I will just pry it off. I think I have changed it twice in the two years that I have owned the rig.

Yeah Edge, I saw that too when changing my oil. My guess is that it shouldn't be removed. Mine stuck to the oil pan as well. I just left it. Recently, I started taking mine to the stealer. For $24.95, and only 30 minutes tops, it's easier to let them do it. Plus, dropping that skid plate is a major PITA!

Mine came right off of the drain plug bolt. Mine was changed at the last oil change though, so I guess if it's on there longer it will be harder to get off. I think the washer is some kind of cardboard.

When I buy my filter from Toyota they give me a new washer. The parts guy says they are prone to cracking.???Mine always stick to the pan but I just tap it off.The 2 times I have changed my oil the washer looked fine.
