Amsoil distributor

Hey all!

After reading up on an earlier post re: synthetics and Amsoil I decided to go to the website and do some investigating. I asked for some information and a week later received information on how to be a distributor.
Not interested I threw it away and kept the product catalog.

I got a call earlier today from my local Amsoil distributor who's VERY excited about forming some kind of partnership. So now I'm thinking...

Would you guys be interested in Amsoil stuff at wholesale + 10-15%? Of course, I'd need you guys to take care of shipping too.

If I don't get that much interest then I'll tell the guy no but if I do I think I just might get into it...
I know some racers here that might be interested as well, hmmm

yeah it's a v6. I'll probably just go for the air filter for now, so I can put it in when I do my deckplate mod.

hey 96runner would you be able to help me with the deckplate when I come back to az in a few weeks? do you have the tools or would I need to get those as well?

Sure, I can help you. Just remember to get the deckplate itself. I would go with the 4" Beckson in black. I dont think my 6" deckplate is better than the 4".

Just give me some notice. I have all the tools.

awesome, I'll most likely get the 4", I think I saw Bob post a thread a while back on a cheap deckplate. And I'll probably want to do this around the middle to end of may.

I suppose then that I shouldn't bother asking people in the forum broknlgs24? Looks like you got it pretty well covered.

This is the amsoil air filter that everyone says is probably the best out there for our rigs correct? And what about the oil? how much extra is that gonna cost me? and is this whole-sale price?

The amsoil is one of the best filters. The oil runs about $7 if I remember right. And yes, you should get the oil.

Tacoma Dude -

ask people in the forum what? trust me, I don't want to step on anyone's toes. I've never offered to sell Amsoil products on here because it seeemed that everyone pretty much already had their stuff installed.

<96 Runner> & Toyo_Runner96 -

it all depends on the type of oil u want. they have many, many grades. I am using SERIES 2000 - SAE 0W-30 Synthetic Motor Oil. This is roughly $8.35/qt. (retail).

Relax... I don't care what the heck you do. I'm just saying that it seems you've got it covered so there's no reason for me to bother
