Am going to get a Class III hitch...
Vehicle is a '99 4Runner SR5 4wd.
Many of the vendors for hitches indicate that their hitch might interfere with the spare tire. Some say it may need to be 'repositioned forward'. Does this mean that the winch has to move, or that you just tighten it up against the hitch?
Does anyone know of any hitches that do not interfere with the spare (stock)?

Mine doesn't, and I am going to be selling it in a few weeks
I can even fit a 33 in the spare spot.
As push it forwards means you just push the tire forward a little while your winding up the spare
