Did you check the fluid in your turn signals? Mine was very low once and as soon as I topped it off....no more surging. I used Toyota OEM synthetic turn signal fluid.....

I've seen some electrical problems appear from the little wire (from the NEG terminal to the inner fender) being broke.

I know that is not the problem as i already have a beefed up wire there (had some extra when i installed my radio and put it there). But i guess it not be tight or something, i will look at it.

i have never noticed surging while driving, but i have at idle. in park, neutral, or drive as the rpms drop lower(to about 5 or 600) it automatically gives it gas and jumps to 1500. I think the ecu is telling it to do so because of power consumption so it raises the rpms to spin the alternator faster....or somethings broken =/

Well my idle is fine (a little low but fine).
When looking at my OBD scanner i noticed that my TPS is showing 12% = 15% when my foot is not on it at all, and only goes to a max of 75% when i am down to the floor. Don't know if that is the way it is meant to be or if that could be a problem?

That would be GREAt, i have a few other problems that could be related to the TPS if it is bad.

Mine shows 9% foot off the pedal and a max of 70 something % I think it was at WOT. It was hard to tell because I can't stay at WOT very long in traffic.

Yep, with the key on and the engine off all the sensors will show up, most are just not working due to the engine not running.

Check the grounds on the side of the intake by the diagnostic port. Mine were loose and created the weirdest symptoms then eventually quit running.

On the driver side there is a diagnostic port bolted to the side of the upper intake. There are 3 or 4 wires bolted right by that box tot he side of the intake plenum

LOL, well it did it before those and actually i have not used any of those lights in months due to my alternotor going out and my voltage dropping if i even turn on the stock fogs. But those would not cause any problem with the stock stuff as they are wired totally indepentdent and have not even been used.

Check all your engine ground wires. Disconnect, clean & reconnect them.

TA maybe you don't need to install that supercharger after all, you can just use your turn signals for that extra boost.

LOL, i wish. Though I can't figure out how the engine RPM goes up and my speed stays the same when it is surging.
