Air/Fuel Sensor: easy way to save $350
My '99 Cali emissions was throwing codes. It was its way of asking for a new fuel/air sensor.
So I go down the the local stealership; they inform me that a new fuel/air sensor is $285 and another $150 for the install. I asked the parts guy for the Toyota part number, when I got home I crossed referenced it to the Denso part number since Denso makes the part for Toyota.
Amazon.com had the Denso sensor p/n 234-9002 for $105.....nice.
I took me 15 minutes to turn two nuts and connect a plug to install it.
No more codes.
