Do a search there is a ton of info on this subject, but to answer your question, Amsoil.

Ditto. But check it out for yourself so you know we're not blowing smoke (no pun intended).

I owned a K&N filter from a previous vehicle. Do you guys know if the cleaning spray and oil kit would work fine with the amsoil filter?

Well, it will work, but will it work properly is the question?

Stick to K&N oil and cleaner for K&N filters. You can clean the Amsoil with mild soap, and then you should use the Amsoil oil for the filter.

Use the Amsoil and dith the K&N. It doesn't filter out the really small particels enough and gives less horsepower than an Amsoil.
Read an article in a racers magazine were they REALLY tested and compared filters. The K&N was really bad in all departments. Filtration, noise and horsepower. Sorry, but I dont't have the test results anymore. They were in German (from BMW) so you probably couldn't read em anyhow.

You can't get an Amsoil for the anthing but the 3.4L that's why you can't find it. Stick to the K&N you'll like it.
