Air Bag Light
My airbag light is on and has been on for uhhhh hum 12 months. Does anyone know if this means my bags are not working? Besides taking the bulb out how do you get it to turn off? I don't really care if mine is working, just care about the passengers.

Someone JUST posted this... I don't remember where though...
When the light goes on your airbag is not guaranteed to deploy I would get that looked into ASAP.

Yeah, I posted that because the dealer just told me that when the light goes on it means that something in the system has caused the entire airbag system to be disabled. You must use your seatbelts now more than ever. The dealer can read the code and reset the system... after they fix the problem. It sounded to me as though this is a common occurance.
