Aftermarket seat options

Looking to replace my 180,000K mile seats. Dont know if I should just get these refoamed and reupholstered or get some upgraded seats for this daily driver.
What do you guy's think?
Anyone know of some seats that would fit?

I just rode in a 99 highlander. those seats are hoss!!! My seats leather is courser and a little harder to sit on plus its an 01 sport runner, wish they stuck with the sport seats from the highlanders.

Any seats that'll physically fit can be transplanted. The problem lies in mounting them. Toyota truck seats have the sliders integrated into the seat assembly (i.e., they're not 'modular' pieces). Transplanting seats into a Toy truck usually requires some fabrication / cutting (usual tactic = grafting OEM Toy slider / mount pieces onto new seats).

Do a lot of measurements and some homework on the mounting ... The headaches have little to do with the seats themselves and a lot to do with the bases / mounts ...

I would recommend going w/ Wet Okole seat covers. They give a factory look if you get the appropriate color and add cushion to the stock seats. I'm very happy w/ mine. Here's a pic:
