? about Bilsteins

sorry posted this ? on UKmeyers "Downeys and Bils are in" thread, I should of opened a new thread.

Just curious, this weekend I am going to go with this mod, Downey HD coils w/ spacer kit and SAW torsion bars. I heard so many good things about Bilsteins on this board so I plan on buying Bilstiens but don't know which model/series to get. Since its going to get a few inches in height I would have to get longe shocks compared to the stock ones right? I have a 93' 4runner.

Thanks in advanced for all of you advise's/comments.

How much lift...

do the Downey coils and spacer add? I have the Performance Products springs that added 1 1/2 - 2" of lift in the rear with standard length Bils. My front stock torsion bars have a minor crank, again with stock length Bils. Not sure of the model number since I got them years ago. You will love the Bils.

I really can't tell ya, but I know I got the stock length Bils, and lifted mine 2.5" and now I am wondering if maybe the stock length shocks are the reason my ride is somewhat rough/bouncy. I'm not to sure, never really been in much more han lifted Wranglers and Grande Cherokees, but they're systems all came with shocks pre made for the lift.

I would certainly look into getting longer shocks for a lifted truck, it would make more sence in my book. I'm sure there is someone here that can answer that ? with a soild answer.

Sure wish I had asked befoe I bought mine, but I couldn't be happier right now, so not much else to say.
