96-98 Bumpers: SR5 vs Limited
Hey guys,
What's the difference between these two bumpers? I've looked quickly at the limiteds, and the fender flares cover the bumper, but otherwise, they look fairly similar. I need to replace my sr5 chrome bumper, and was offered a cheap limited one. However, everywhere I look, they are listed as separate items.
Can someone tell me what the difference is, and whether its worth trying to make work?
Thanks
MJ

sr5 bumpers do not have the large limited fender flares attached to it. if you have an sr5 and you intend to put the lmited bumper on it, your truck will look hella goofy (haha, no cal speak!)

yep i'm good with either. My main concern was the trim removal to make it like my current one. Where are you located? The picture looks like S.cal? Pismo? SLO?

menko,
i'm in los angeles, but i visit the bay area (specifically moraga) every 6 - 8 weeks or so to see family. i am due up there in late october (tentative)
please check w/ scottiac first though. he probably still has his and i really dont care if you buy it from him first---more convenient for you. scott is a great guy.
