95 T100 Head Gasket Repair

Hey guys,
My dad has a 95 T100 with the 3.4L. He accidentally put tranny fluid in the radiator and drove it. Don't ask how, I don't even know how. He then realized his mistake and drained and flushed the radiator. It was around that time that he started getting signs of a blown head gasket. I'm gonna dig into it for him, and already got the intake plenum off the other night.

What I'm asking is, what can I do to flush all the tranny fluid out of the system? He thinks that caused the gaskets to blow or the head to warp, and I'm not sure what it would really do. I'll pull the heads and check everything, but I'd like to get some ideas on the whole thing.

Also, I wonder if anyone knows of a good thread on the head gasket fix. I've done it before on a 22Re but it's been a while and everything is different. I found a few threads but nothing super useful.

Thanks.
