do a search on headers and exhaust.

Also, try www.doaracingengines.com and I recommend boring the throttle body. Other than that, not much you can do.

The answer to that question really depends on how much you are willing to spend. You could make it make 500 hp for the right price.

Good Luck at that price! The 3.0 is a good motor but it's a pig too.
The main things you can do are make sure you it's running in tip top shape. The timing is critical on this engine. Once you have everything in order then you can start on the mods. The two most common for the 3.0 is intake and exhaust. A K&N drop in filter or the Fuel Injection Performance Kit(FIPK) are two alternatives for intake. I've heard about 50/50 with guys who are satisfied with their K&N. I like my drop in filter.

For the exhaust you can get a 2.25" catback system. Most guys have just bought an aftermarket muffler and had new piping from the cat back made up. Any good muffler shop can do this for you. New exhaust made the most improvement in my 3.0 but it was nothing to jump up and down about.

Hopefully this helps. The 3.0 never was or will be a huge powerhouse unless you do what Tomus said and dump thousands of dollars into it. Most of us have learned to live with it.
