89 4 runner/ rough country lift part#???

it would be the 731.
It is about as good as any bracket kit. Superlift would be better because the crossmembers are welded together and would be stronger and make aligning a bit better. Procomp stage 2 would also be an improvement, still not welded to gether, but you get braces for the rear. |
