I tried a similar sealed beam replacement on my 93 S10 Blazer and the bulbs sucked. They were the typical blue coated, dimmer, cant see in the rain crappy bulbs. I would get the lamp housings, then go towww.powerbulbs.comand get some Osram Sylverstars or Philips Vision + H4 bulbs. I have the Vision + bulbs and they are pretty nice, definately brighter/whiter than stock bulbs...

Also those rubber moisture guards are supposed to keep moisture out of the lamp but I couldnt even get them on with the way my Blazer was designed so I had to run w/out them. Not sure how it would be on a Runner...

I have the Hella version of these H4 conversion lights with the white-light bulbs and I am glad I went with them.

Those are definately crap. You won't even get a decent pair of H4 bulbs for that price. I have a '90 with OEM H4 lights and the housings, sorry, reflectors on the glass look totally different.
Save your 20 bucks and get a good pair of H4 housing with lenses and a set of Phillips Vision+ bulbs.
Works perfect for me.

I replaced mine with the Hella H4's and they've done great.

Check out the Sealed Beam Lamps HID kit from Sylvania, I'm not really sure how much it is.

This is my first ever post so if it is wrong please forgive me.... I put in sealed beam Sylvania SilverStars and although not the best on the market they are head and shoulders above stock. They can be found for about $20.00 each if you look around. Here is a link to get the correct part number for your vehicle:www.sylvania.com/auto/carapp. Hope it helps
