'81-'83 with 33s and 5" lift?
Hey, all-
Just looking for any pictures of '81-83 pickups with 33s and 4"-5" of lift. Looking for ideas and inspiration.
Thanks!

That much lift ought to let you run 35's at least.
If this is the trail truck, you should be running 36" Swampers with that much lift.
Read up on PBB about fender tubbing, then you can fit some real big rubber with that much lift.
I am sorry that I don't have pics to add, but I thought I would add some thoughts anyway.

Hey, Adrian!
Actually, I don't want to run anything that big. I was looking into 33s with 3-5" of lift, fenders cut, and gobs of flex from springs and shackles. It'll be spooled in the rear, but I have no idea what I'll run in th front.
If I'm spooled in the rear and locked in the front, I shoud have no problem navigating trails with 33s

Especially with a body that you don't have to care that much about.
I think that 3" lift springs are the lowest you can get off the shelf, but if you go longer than stock and move the axle forward, you should be golden.

you can run 33's on the stock suspension. i'm running 38.5's under 5 inches. if you want minimal lift and good flex, run the rears up front with a drop hanger and longer shackles... check out www.offroadlockers.com for your front locker, can't beat the price or quality...
