you cuold do a 3" suspension lift and leave your 3" body lift on.

i dont have a runner so i'll let somebody else get a little more specific.

good luck.

For the money you would be spending, just get a solid axle swap.

There isn't one comercially available, the biggest it 4 inches. You will have to make your own or have it made. Be prepared to pay more than your truck is worth by the time you get new driveshafts, bigger tires (assuming thats why you are lifting) regear the differentials, fix your messed up steering and whatever other unforseen things that might come up.

Going that high really rules out keeping your front axle. Get a straight axle as suggested. You will still have all the other problems though.

I once heard that you could use coils made for a Ford Bronco in the back to gain 6 inches of lift. In the front, you'd need a Trailmaster (or Procomp or Superlift) four inch kit and then tweak the torsion bars for the last two inches. With that much lift, though, you'll probably have a bunch of driveline problems and front-end problems.

That would unfeasible.. Your front driveshafts would be at such an extreme angle it would get ugly really fast. I don't think you could ever get a whole 2 " outta just the bars anyways.. I may be wrong... If you want 6" of lift your gonna need to go spend thousands of dollars and get an american truck and put a really crappy built 6" lift on it.. just my 2 cents!

I figure go big or go home! But now I will just stick to the 4 inch suspension! Thanks for the replies. More questions to come.
