Recently installed flamethrower injectors. Wondering how the system deals with the fact that the air inlet the factory injectors use I seem to have a vacuum leak. So I smoke tested and sure enough smoke around every injector.

It is a PITA to plug those air leaks. Why the injector swap? Are you boosted?

Only way I found to plug those leaks is to either pull the manifold off and have the holes welded shut or to stuff as many orings as you can cram in there, then clamp it down. Hopefully sealing the leak.

Could use RTV but it would make a mess and be hard to deal with later. Also possible it could get sucked into the engine, same for JB weld.

its not worth it. Get your oem injectors clean and throw them back in. If the Iac valve is up for it it will compensate within reason. Restore to OEM. The Ecu is just going to compensate for whatever extra fuel those injectors put in until open loop hits.
