4wd-High clunk

Hi everyone,

so I have switched my 2002 4Runner into 4WD-High plenty of times for years now, and never had a problem with it. Yesterday I had to put it in, and as usual it went right over and had no issues. When I got back on concrete and was waiting for a nice straight-away to coast and turn it off, I noticed a clunk. When I would step on the gas the car seemed to clunk, almost like a lil boom. Any idea what this could be?! It does not do it in regular 2WD. I havn't tried 4WD-Low yet, but high does it so I am assuming low will also.

OPINIONS?

You need to get under it and investigate. Check the drive shaft for play. Grease it. Check the diff fluid level. Check the diff mount bushings.
