You have to cut The bottom portion of the fender that holds the license plate. Total cost was $250, kinda of expensive but I figured what the heck most of my mods are for performance, I'll splurge on looks this once.
I found it here

I saw that one, looks good as well. Did you see the Jet chip they were advertising. I guess you send in your ECU and they reprogram it for you with the chip. Cost of $350 and gets you
10-12 poneis. Don't know if its worth it.

I wouldn't recommend it, there are many other ways to gain power. I did it on a 99' blown taco, and though i did have them specially tune it to my setup, the end gains were an extra 1 lb of boost and maybe 15-20 hp only noticable in 4th gear at high revs when the boost was building. So yeah, for $400 i did gain 15-20hp on an extremely tuned 3.4L. You would be better off buying an underdrive pulley or gadgets kit, etc. If you have an extra $350 laying around, I would say go for it...the gains may be a little better on the blown 4.7L. They are very quick with the process as they state in the PP mag though. Hit me back if you have any questions.

I would really promote gadget's URD kit...that would be my first move after the blower.

Thanks Billy,
I think I'm going to wait for some headers, and gadgets kit to come out.
The problem is that the cat comes right up to the block (within 12-18 inches away. Thus if you do get headers you'll only be able to work w/ that area only. The cats themselves you won't be able to touch unless you plan to do some major custom work and remove em. And then you won't be smog compliant anymore (esp in CA).
It kinda sux but we'll have to wait along time before anyone goes there.... (even I don't want to go there...)
