4Runner spring rate?

I have a 2000 limited and it sits right at 34" to the bottom of the fender on stock tires and no lift.
They dropped the 4runners in mid 2000 and i am not sure if this is the lowered version or the pre-dropped version. It was made 8-X-99 so i don't know. I do need to replace the rears for sure though a recent towing trip killed them...TIME FOR A LIFT!

It doesn't seem anybody does. But I KNOW there has to be info floating around the web somewheres...
I guess I could calculate it my self, but that would mean I'd have to take a spring or two off and lord knows I'm too lazy for that.
