Saw something like this a little while ago.
Can't say that I like it - taking as much extraordinary measures making your vehicle to look like another just says to me that you're ashamed of what you have.

hannemann has a kit to make the first gen runner/84-88 truck look like a tundra up front, i might do this eventually, or an ivan front for my truck....

there was a company called bummer that made hummer conversion kits for jeeps, until they got slapped with a lawsuit

I would never do that to a Toyota, but it’s one way to make the hummer reliable!

That's exactly my thought.

I think this would be neat to consider on an old rusted 84 or 85 frame. Take off the diseased body and have a Tummer with a Solid Axle.

They make the tundra conversion for 2nd gen 4Runner's/pickups also
I like the hummer conversion for old VWs. they got hit w/ a lawsuit and had to change their name and look also.

pretty cool i guess. But i still like my 1st gen. But it would be a COOL PROJECT!

Hummbug

My old boss has one of these and it is so cool. It use to be called the Hummbug but in a lawsuit settlement they renamed it the Wombat. It is basically a Hummer look-a-like on a VW bug chassis. Fun to drive!
