4Runner 3.4L at 150K miles.. what to refresh?

Gang
new to this site, not new to insanity forums. directed here by some idiot at TTROA.

I have an 00 4runner 3.4L that I bought brand new in '00. Just passed the 150,000 mile mark and want to refresh the beast for another 150K.

What should I do maintenance-wise? I read an article about replacing the front 02 Sensor irrespective of 'check engine' or whatever and I can believe it might need it.... still on the original. Should I, and which Brand/part num/etc?
The exhaust stinks like crazy, but the Cat passes all testing and runs at the right temp. Is it OK?

I assume its time to flush transmission, filter, etc?????

Why can I never seem to get the front end aligned "Just Right".... I have had it in repeatedly and it always comes back different, but not 'good'.... tires are in very good shape but the front end will pull a tad one way, then upon correction drift a bit the other way, and so it goes. it doesn't just track.

PLanning to FINALLY do the 4" Airbox Mod. I get lousy gas mileage.
Just ordered a new roof rack.... the original was flawed from the factory and lost all its paint in about 2 years flat.

Basic maintenance like plugs, wires, fuel filter, clean the maf, etc.

How about the timing belt (due at 90k) and while you're at it the water pump?

Flushing the trans w/ high mileage may make things worse so drop the pan first and make sure that there aren't metal pieces from your tranny before flushing.

How about the cooling system?

How about suspension (new springs, shocks, etc.)

There are many things you can do, these are just a few.

thx for your response.
I have the cash to do all of that: Which plugs? which wires?
Timing belt is ok [about 50K on the new one]
I am ignorant of water pump's propensity for failure.

the Tranny caveat is a good one.... that tracks with the old wisdom about such 'maintenance' that resulted in havoc. maybe replace fluid, replace filter?

The vehicle not tracking right, or not wanting to go straight down the road or recenter the wheels could be a problem with the castor angle. It's something I would assume an alignment shop would check though...

Check out this for starters: http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/mainte...30k/index.html

You'll also want to look into flushing your brake fluid, and any other fluid that's old.
