Big blue truck

Has anyone out there done this? I'm currently building up a 3.0 engine cams,O/S stainless valves,bored .50 over,cam gears,port polish heads,headers,air intake and exhaust for a 92 runner. Just want to know if its worth my while.I have heard that camry heads and pistons fit? Any other info would be great.
