I ran all the wiring down beside the rubber surround and then to the bottom of the truck and down by the frame rails to the front and then put in relays for each set and then only had to run wire to the switch through the fire wall.. Works really nice.

Couple of ?s:

1. What type pf rear lights are you running there?
2. Manufacturer of rack (Polar)?
3. 30A relays?

All the lights came from harbor freight, i think they were $8 for the rear pair and $16 for the top front two, and $10 per pair for the amber fog lights mounted to the bull bar in front.then i changed the bulb in the front top rack two lights to a super white h3 bulb so it wouldnt be so yellow looking. They are really cheap lights but i just wanted to get some on there. Probally going to put some 27w led lights front and rear next so i wont have to upgrade the alternator just yet. The mounting brakets are piaa fog light tube clamps 1.5" got those on ebay for around $50 bucks per pair.

Rack is a "rola" rack cost about $130 on amazon

yes i have 30 amp single throw relays for each set of lights. So i have 3 relays for lights and 1 relay for trans cooler fan, just lined them up on the inside engine fender well beside battery.

Thanks everyone for the comments, here is a pic with them all on. And the headlights and fog lights are both 55w hid 6000k. And yes the fog lights were a pain to replace the bulbs.

Nice write up! Much better than how I've wired mine up and you also kept in mind about the pinch points for the wires. Currently I've got my front lights wired up and ran through the driver's front door weather strip then under the hood to my auxillary fuse block. It was a rush job so I was more worried about function than looks. Since I now have plenty of time on my hands and my tool boxes are at home I may do the same as you did. The only difference is I'll run another auxillary fuse block to the rear with conduit to prevent rubbing. My rear lights are ran through the back similar to yours then through the interior side panel to the front auxillary fuse block. The same is for my hitch mounted back up lamps, but I have a relay for it to come on when I put my vehicle in reverse.

Thanks mike! Yeah i have about 12 hours total in install time for all three sets of lights i have all of the lights terminated with plugs so if i want to change lights all i need to do is unplug them and cut the zip ties holding down the wire loom. The thing that took the longest was running the wire then taping them all together every couple of inches then installing them in the wire loom and then taping the wire loom together every couple of inches then running the big long along the roof through the hinge down to the bottom and then through the chassis to the front. But its done and i wont have to worry with it again. It was well worth the time and money i saved doing it myself and i know its done right.
