33s with black plastic fender flares and mudguards
Hi, I'm now running 265s with the black plastic fender flares and mudguards and was wondering if anyone is running 285 or 305 with the front mudguards. IIf so, what is your front suspension setup?
It'd be nice to see pics if you have them. Thanks guys!

hey sorry man, i don't...i gotta take a few pics of her one day! 3" suspension and 33's is a great combo, my problem with wheeling it before was of course, clearance. I also removed the running boards (and have sliders ready to be put on) and i removed the spare tire. it tends to get over anything i want it too.....

I'm concerned about the front tires rubbing against the mudflaps. As it is, the 265 get very close to the flaps on compression.
I plan to lift the front a bit more by replacing my front OME springs.

if you have the $$$ i think toytec just sells the front coilovers. They are really nice bilsteins and are easy to adjust. Their customer service, prices and products are top notch, i would recommend toytec to anyone

I have done business with ToyTec before, and actually have recommended it to a few friends who own 4runners here in Chile. I've looked at their coilovers but I think coilovers are out of the question in the short term mostly due to the price. (Think of it this way:everything ends up costing twice as much for us Vs. USA prices... I'd probably end up paying over $1400 for the Toytec coilovers including customs charges, shipping etc) Right now my best option is to go with 884s or 885s since I can buy them locally very cheap.

i hear yea man, ive been "ballin on a budget" for a while! I would just go for those OME springs then, and dont worry about rubbing, worse comes to worse, pull out the ol' cut off wheel>>>
