31's or 33's?

31's or 33's?
I have a 3" lift on my runner and im looking to get new tires and wheels...does anyone know if 33's will fit? or am i just going to have to put 31's? thanks

33x10.50 will most likely fit. I'm not sure about 33x12.50, but I'm sure someone else will chime in soon.
More importantly, are you planning on regearing if you run 33s? If not, then be prepared for poor acceleration and gutless hill climbs. I guess if you don't plan on regearing, it might be a better idea to go with 31s.

I run 31"x10.50 on 15x8 wheels with no lift at all, completely stock. With a 3" lift I would assume you could run bigger then 33". I would think 33" would be no problem for you.

If your gonna regear I have a 4.56 front third and then 4.56 rear gears i am selling/swapping for your stuff.

I wasnt planning on regearing any time soon im just looking to get my all terrains off my truck and put some mud tires on to give it a better look...

If you currently have 16" wheels, you should be using/asking about metric sizes to determine what will work best.

x2! With a 2-3" lift, 285/75 R16's (33x11.50x16) will fit on stock rims with only very minor rubbing. I have a 3+" lift and only rub in the front at full steering lock when compressing the suspension.
