3.4l issues

My 4runner would run great for a while and once in a while would not run for crap... no response in throttle, backfire through exhaust and intake, open the throttle and it straightens out. now it just idles and have to beat it to drive it. New timing belt, plugs, wires, tps, fuel filter. acting like its choking out. please help

Since you haven't done them and they are cheap: clean the throttle body and the MAF sensor. Neglect of either can cause this kind of problem.

could have the injectors professionally cleaned by like dr injector or somthing. Cost me about 130 to have all my injectors tested and cleaned. I did the removal and install. Not to hard a job.

No CELs. Put in on a scan tool.

Throwing money at it won't fix it. Look at the economy.
