3.4L Firing Order/Cylinder Designations

I'm planning on replacing my spark plugs one of these weekends and was curious what the firing order for the 3.4L is? Also, what is the correct cylinder #'ing designation when looking from the front of the engine? I want to mark my old plugs in the event I find anything unusual.
