I'd check out the timeing belt cover cus that's whear your cam/main seals are and they start leaking eventually once they get old and hard.

Another common area is the rear main seal. Check by the bellhousing.

The valve covers can make a big mess like that as well. I would bring it down to the local car wash and use some engine gunk clean it off to pinpoint where it is leaking from first then go from there.

timing belt cover, cam and main seals - bike4miles
rear main seal - Victor
valve cover seals - 934rnr

They all could be right.

My 95 had both valve and cam seals leaking at 120k miles. Used to live in Sacramento and vehicle was from Oregon. Seals didn't like the warm weather.

Good luck!

Well I dunno what to do, we have looked and looked and looked and cannot find anything as to where its coming from, theres no oil on the top of the heads so its no coming from the valve cover...

...theres no oil around the timing belt cover.... theres a LOT of oil on the differential, and i am pretty sure its engine oil, theres more oil on the RIGHT side of the engine then the left. But we CANNOT find out where its coming from, i have had problems with this thing since the first day I got it, almost ready to post her in the for sale section...

Cam seals:
Draining your coolant pulling timing belt cover and belt off pulling the timing cams off so you might as well do your timing belt while you are at it....

As far as pulling your right side valve cover you will have to pull the plenium off to get to it becuase I don't think you can pull it with it on there.

Goodluck

Ok this is kinda weird....

I pulled in my drive way and left it running for about 10 mins, it dripped like 2 spots of oil, i shut it off, let it set 3 mins and came to look, it had leaked about 6 spots... turned it back on and it didn't leak as much again....

Sounds like it could be the valve cover that is under the fule injection since it is coming out all over. My thinking is that it could be coming out allong the whole length of it and come to think of it, my old 89 pickup with the 3.0 leaked from there and I never fixed it because I didn't want to take all that stuff off.

hmm... when i look from underneath the runner I can see some oil on the bottom portion of the head, when i look from above i dont see any oil on the top part of the head.... if the valve cover gaskets ARE the problem why would it leak more when its off then when its on?

Not sure as to why the leaks are like that, but check to see if your PCV valve is clogged up. It acts as a breather for your valve cover. When it's clogged up, the pressure has to escape somewhere else, such as the gaskets.

If it is clogged, replace it, and your leak should go away.

Hopefully that's all it is.

Also, your saying that there isn't any oil at the top of the valve covers but there is at the bottom also leads me to believe it's just the valve cover gasket.
On V6's and V8's the covers are mounted on a slant on either side of the engine, so all the oil pools up at the bottom portion of the cover instead of the top. So when the PCV valve gets clogged, the pressure will force the oil out the bottom part.

Not on top of the valve covers, on the top of the head. Theres no oil on the top half of the head above the headers, but there is oil on the bottom half below the headers...

But I don't think its a head gasket because i still have good power and i called the dealer and they said mine didn't have a recall....

Tomorrow morning I will take some pics from differen't views to show exaclty where oil is...

Could be leaking from one of the cam bearing caps and trickling under the timing belt cover down onto the headgasket and down onto the block.

I looked as good as I could all over the timing belt cover to no avail....

Thank you all for the suggestions, im so stumped though, Im gonna get some valve cover gaskets in the next 2 days and replace those then clean the engine and see what happens.....

Any possibilty it could be the oil pan?

I had the dreaded valve cover gasket leak too. You have to remove intake plenum to change it and its a PIA. It took me all day! You need to replace PCV, hose and grommet while there. The gaskets dry rot.
