3.0 unusually underpowered

i took off my timing belt to do a couple of things and put it back on and got everything lined up and set the timing, took it for a drive and before it was powerful for a v6, but now its way weaker then my parents 3.0 v6.

i dont get whats wrong with it.
i also tried to adjust my mass air flow sensor and becuase before it was running way rich, but no matter how i turn the adjuster its still slow just idles bad or good or dies

it also shoots out carbon alot when i give it gas like it paints the walls

There is a chance. You might want to check it out. Just turn the engine with your finger over the spark plug hole of the number 1 cylinder. When you feel a significant amount of compression, line up the timing marks. Take the cap off the distributor and see where it is pointing.

Repeat after me...Never reuse a timing belt. Never reuse a timing belt. Never reuse a timing belt.

Go buy a new Toyota TB (never use an aftermarket belt), install and button 'er back up again. I'll bet the problem is gone.

1st off you can reuse your timing belt, the adjuster will take up the slack!
I've reuse t-belts many a time without any problems! What I do believe is that you might have it off a toothe for one and "stop messing with the AFM!"
Your still running rich if it's shooting carbon out! I adjusted my afm 1 - 2 clicks rich on mine because I had my heads done, air intake mod...! If it's stock let the afm alone! I also adjusted mine by cutting the sealant on top of the afm vs. drilling the screw out!
Put #1 cyl. to tdc and yout rotor button should point to it!
I'd check your timing, check to make sure the belt isn't a tooth off and adj. your afm to spec.! I think your t-belt is a tooth or so off!
Good Luck!
