Question 2nd Generation 3.0 Performance Chip Info

Just went from a 88 1st Gen SR5 V6 to the 2nd Gen V6 Automatic and the power loss in alarming.

We needed a 4 door and we got a hold of a mint condition vehicle which was owned by my father, who babied it.

I'm planning on doing a few things to it, for example, lifting the rear and installing Bilsteins.

Is there a performance chip that I can get to replace the existing, or is there someway to flash the ECU. There has got to be a way to put more power into this thing. My father did a cold air induction system, but don't think that he did anything on the exhaust side.

Help appreciated.

No one has ever gotten any increase from a chip upgrade on the 3.0. The ECU has to be sent to JET for the upgrade, and its like $350. Complete rip off.
