2nd gen flex

Who says 2nd gen runners cant flex....this is after I installed the BJ spacers and turned the torsion bars way down--

I am really happy with the results--the only problem I had is that I recently replaced both of my axles with reman ones. Seems that they have a very cheap CV boot, because after about 5 miles of wheeling I had 2 blown boots. I have some Toyota OE ones I am putting on this week, so hopefully that wont happen again.

Yeah, that's a lot of droop. I have my limit straps set to stop my droop sooner than that. Are you sure your upper bump stops are in place? I wouldn't think the stock bump stops would allow that much droop.

Hey, were did you get the bj spacers. I fabed up some, because I didn't know this product was available.... Any help would be great!

Nice flex for a almost stock runner.
Here's what im getting without bj spacers and with the swaybar disconnected.

That doesn't look bad at all! Sucks about the cv boots, but sometimes yota does sell the best parts. I'd like to think you had your sway bar disconnected.... did you?


Dang it, I need BJ spacers. I think it's coming out of my next paycheck.

My front sway bar has been off for a few months. I need to get some dicos so I can put it back on one of these days.

Looks good. Is your truck sitting level with the BJ spacers and just the Downey HDs? Did you add low-pro bumpstops?
