231mm bleeding issues?

I just did the 231mm Tundra brakes, and my bleeding didn't go so great.

I bled them as you're supposed do (was a Toyota tech for 5 years), I cycled through just about a quart of fluid, no air at all. And it's still taking 2 pumps to get a good feel.

I know my rears are out of adjustment, but that shouldn't make a difference because the brakes felt fine before doing the swap.

Any ideas?

I spent about a week bleeding them every night...not sure if I got used to the pedal or if it's imporved

I think it's improved, though...
