22RTE Turbo Probs.

I'm looking at other turbo options for my '86 Turbo 4Runner... I spent over $3000 rebuilding one 22RTE already $1000 of which was a new turbo. I've got another 22RTE thats needs a new turbo. Are there any other kinds of Turbos available for my truck other than another Toyota Turbo? I want more power and i'm toying with the idea of an engine swap 7MGTE or sticken with the 22RTE. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

There is a very active Turbo truck message board on Yahoo. I accidentely subscribed to e-mail notification and I get between 6 and 50 e-mails a day regarding turbo trucks. I don't have time to read them, but from the topics I get that they are making T3/T4 hybrids in place of the stock turbo. I guess those guys know what they are talking about since its so active. Check it out.
