2003 4x2 auto Transmission

how dependable is this Transmission?

I usually drive standard but i have found one 4x2 taco
that i like but it has auto Transmission

thumbs up or thumbs down

Thumbs up. The autos in yotas can generally go the life of the engine if well taken care of, ie 200k sometimes more.

What engine though?
Most people say the autos with the 2.7 are dogs. Never driven one myself though.

Ah well if it's just the small 2wd and not the prerunner you should be ok. Just don't expect to win any races..

the 2.4 auto is painfully slow
