I have a 2002 Tacoma with TRD headers, a superchip, K&N filter and a URD 7th injector unit with a 2.2 pulley and a better fuel pump. Ever since i installed the 7th injector unit i seem to blow the 02 sensors. If i replace them they last for about 300 miles or so and then i get a check engine light. The truck still runs but not as good and of course the mileage goes down. Anyone out there with a similiar experiance? Any suggestions?

First off remove that superchip, waste of money. Also can cause some problems.

Now for the O2 sensor, do you have the AFR adjuster installed? Anything tapped into the O2 sensor wires? I would make sure there are no shorts there if so.

After that, do you have a wideband? Make sure your tune is ok, if you run too lean or too rich you will loose power and cause other problems but a side effect can be burning out the O2 sensor.

Also do you have a cali or federal model truck?
